Dana Jones
Dana Jones began her career as a data entry clerk for a small family-owned bookkeeping and tax service company and now has over ten years of knowledge and experience as a bookkeeper. She joined the Morrissey Offices in the fall of 2005.

She began by helping with A/R, but quickly advanced to a customer connection for service issues. Dana assists members with enrollment and claims adjudication, especially in unusual circumstances where the insured is confused by the process or where the insurance carrier has overlooked a detail that impedes a streamlined process. She is our main Claims Advocate and our primary interface with clients as a customer service liaison. We value her problem-solving skills and discretion in working with concerned people about their health issues.

Dana is consistently commended by clients for providing exceptional service. She effectively and efficiently resolves issues as they arise in key areas that also include administration, billing, contract interpretation, and auditing.

To further her industry-related background, Dana is attending classes at UNLV to become certified in Human Resource Management.
